Greci Classic Polpachef is the historic Greci 100% Italian tomato pulp, the flagship of the entire production. It is produced in the heart of summer from well-ripened fruits of selected varieties and grown on strictly controlled soils and methods. 

The particular processing technique limits the presence of seeds and skins and maintains a structure with small pieces. 

The structure and the sweet and fresh flavor together with the high yield make the product ideal for every application: pizzas, bruschetta, condiments and sauces.
